A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 37731 BE IT RESOLVED this map consisting of nine (9) sheets be, and the same is hereby accepted as the final map of Tract No. 37731.
TRACT NO. 37731
In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, being a subdivision of Lot 23 of Woodcrest Acres, in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 11, page 62 of maps. Along with Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 8704, as shown on a Map in Book 38, Page 76 of Parcel Maps, and Lot A of Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment, Recorded December 23, 2016, as Instrument No. 2016-0575044 of Official Records, located in Section 29, T.3S., R.4W., S.B.M. KWC Engineers, Corona, CA, December 2021 Lots “A” through “C”, inclusive are hereby accepted for public street purposes subject to the installation of improvements to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director of the City of Riverside; Lots “A” through “M”, inclusive are hereby accepted for public utility purposes and other public services; The easements designated as “Storm Drain Easement” as shown hereon are hereby accepted as easements for the construction and maintenance of storm drain facilities.
The easements designated as “Sanitation Services Easement” are hereby accepted as easements for emergency access, together with the right of ingress and egress to perform services related to trash removal, public utilities, including but not limited to electrical, water, cable television and communications systems.
The easements designated as “6 Foot Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.)” are hereby accepted as easements for the construction and maintenance of electric energy distribution and telecommunication facilities.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, State of California.
