TheArlingtonBusinessImprovementDistrictisanadvisoryboardtotheCityofRiversidededicatedtopromotingandenhancingthevitalityofArlington’sBIDBusinesses.EstablishedinOctober2002byagroupofArlingtonBusinessesandCommunityLeaders,theBIDhasdevelopedprograms&partnershipstohelpfundbeautificationprojects,sponsorspecialevents,fosternewbusiness&localcommunityrelationshipsandpromotebusinessactivities.

TheABPhascollectedfeedbackfromitsBoardofDirectors,BIDBusinessesandCommunityPartnersandidentifiedthatanoverwhelmingmajorityofrequestswantedaCleanerBID.
TheArlingtonBIDwouldbenefitfromanexpandedBeautificationProgramthatwouldprovideBIDMaintenanceintheformofTrashClean-Ups,PressureWashing&GraffitiRemoval.

Themethodandbasisforlevyingtheassessmentinsufficientdetailtoalloweachbusinessownertoestimatetheamountoftheassessmenttobeleviedagainsthisorherbusinessfortheyear.
