BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails construction of a new ac parking lot at 3460 Orange Street, Riverside CA. This project generally includes, but is not limited to; precise grading, the construction of DGAC pavement, ac berm, pcc sidewalk, cross gutter, cmu block wall, bioretention basin, underground drainage system, including a drainage inlet, manhole and sump pump, the installation of wheel stops and landscape planting. Traffic improvements include but are not limited to the installation of pavement markings, traffic signs, posts. Electrical improvements include but are not limited to installation of light poles with luminaires, foundation and associated trenching and conduits and foundations.
