BID DESCRIPTION: The project generally entails street improvements on Hoover Street, Philbin Avenue, and sidewalk improvements on Lessie Lane, Penny Drive, and Jo Jo Way. The project will include unclassified excavation, CSPB with new AC pavement, underground conduit installation, tree removals/replacements, removal/ replacement of damaged concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, new concrete driveways and sidewalk, and traffic improvements.

COMMENTS:
