Chair Cervantes convened the meeting at 3:32 p.m.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
PROPOSED RULES OF PROCEDURE AND ORDER OF BUSINESS RELATED TO VIOLATION OF
RULES, MEETINGS, AGENDA, AND STANDING COMMITTEES
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) recommended to cancel all meetings Tuesday after a legal Monday holiday and Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years; and (2) directed staff to bring back to the Committee specific language recommendations along with a corresponding red-lined version of the resolution before it is referred to the full City Council for discussion.
BUDGET ENGAGEMENT COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
Following discussion without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed an update on membership for the Budget Engagement Commission.
