RFP DESCRIPTION: The City is seek ing Design-Build services for the de sign and construction of a 9-court Pickleba
ll Complex facility. The selected Design-Build Entity shall perform the services required and as described in Exhibit A-1, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein and in this RFP. All design and construction work (excluding the Plant Establishment Period) must be completed within 180 calendar days after the Date of Commencement established in the City’s initial Notice to Proceed. Improvements must be constructed to the standards of the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), USA Pickleball (USPA), City Standards, State and Federal ADA Standards.
