USER FEES & CHARGES AND AMENDMENT TO
City of Arts & Innovation RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 3.30.030 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 24, 2023, a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Riverside for the adoption of the proposed Storefront Retail Commercial Cannabis Business Permit user fees and charges amending the City Fees and Charges Schedule for Fiscal Year 2023-24; and amendment to Riverside Municipal Code (RMC) 3.30.030 to provide for annual review of the fee.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:
