3 1. The Lease and Leaseback Agreements with the
State Department of General Services (DGS) allow
the Successor Agency to maintain and lease
vacant spaces on the ground floor of Cal Tower.
2. Staff has negotiated with Linkusystems
Inc. a Lease Agreement for Suite 107 in Cal Tower.
3. The short lease term is compliant with the
Lease and Leaseback Agreements with DGS.
4. The proposed lease will generate additional
revenue to fund expenditures associated with Cal
Tower.

Rent Commencement: Upon execution of the Lease

5 That the Successor Agency:
1.Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of the
Lease Agreement to lease Suite 107 at Cal Tower
to Linkusystems Inc. for office use.
2.Recommend the Countywide Oversight Board adopt
a Board resolution authorizing execution of the
Lease Agreement with Linkusystems Inc. The lease terms
are in accordance with the Long-Range Property
Management Plan that was approved by the State
Department of Finance in 2014.
