YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a Public Hearing regarding the following item:
CASE NUMBER: PR-2021-001108 (DR, GE)
APPLICANT: Guillermo Landeros
LOCATION: APN 257-160-003, situated east of
Mt. Vernon Avenue, in Ward 2
PROPOSAL: A referral, on behalf of Councilmember
Cervantes, of an approval by the Development
Review Committee for a proposal by Guillermo
