10 1. Approve the Agreement between the City of Riverside and Ohmio, Inc.
2. By at least five affirmative votes, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $525,000 from General Fund reserves for FY 2023/24 costs; and
3. Authorize the City Manager, or his desig nee, to execute the agreement with Ohmio, Inc. including making minor and non-substantive changes.
