Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the presentation related to private and public ownership of trees and sidewalks that are the subject of claims and/or lawsuits.
SHORT-TERM RENTALS AND POTENTIAL REGULATIONS UPDATE
Following discussion and the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the report related to short term rentals and potential regulations; and (2) directed staff to prepare next steps on short-term rentals and return to City Council for further discussion.

There were no future items requested at this time.
