BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails maintenance improvements within six residential neighborhoods and one arterial street, Chicago Avenue from University Avenue to Third Street. The project generally includes but is not limited to cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, the CSPB process; the application of ARAM; resurfacing asphalt pavement with DGAC and/or FRAC; repairing concrete sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, curb and gutters, and cross gutters; replacement of traffic striping; and signage enhancements.
