Dear Sir,
Pursuant to the Resolution authorizing an application for the SB1383 Local Assistance Grant Program FY2022/23, I am the designated Signature Authority for City of Riverside. I am authorized by the Resolution to execute on behalf of the City of Riverside all documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, and requests for payment, necessary to secure funds and implement the approved project. The Resolution authorizes me to designate this authority. Accordingly, I hereby designate this authority to the Public Works Director and Deputy Public Works Director.
