YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the following Public Hearing of the City Council of the City of Riverside was continued from November 28, 2023 to 3 p.m. on December 12, 2023:
CASE NUMBERS: PR-2021-001108 (DR, GE)
APPLICANT: Guillermo Landeros
LOCATION: APN 257-160-003, situated east of Mt. Vernon Avenue, in Ward 2 PROPOSAL: A referral, on behalf of Councilmember Cervantes, of an approval by the Development Review Committee for a proposal by Guillermo Landeros to consider the following entitlements to construct a 3,154 square foot single family residence and a 971 square foot accessory dwelling unit on a 2.47-acre vacant parcel: 1) Design Review of project plans, and 2) a Grading Exception to permit a 20-foot wide driveway where the Grading Code limits the driveway width to 15-feet wide.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department recommends the City Council determine that the project is categorically exempt from further California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures).
