SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF JANUA RY 9, 2024, REGULAR MEETING
ISSUE:
Cancel the Tuesday, January 9, 2024, regular City Council meeting for an off-site special meeting workshop on the same date.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council cancel the regularly scheduled City Council meeting of Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
BACKGROUND/LEGISLATIVE HISTORY:
Resolution No. 23976, adopted April 11, 2023, sets the regular meeti ng schedule of the City Council for the first four Tuesdays of the month, except for the months of July, August, and September setting the meeting schedule for the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Mayor Pro Tem Edwards proposes that the City Council canc el the regular meeting of Tuesday, January 9, 2024, for an off-site special meeting workshop on the same date.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this report.
