THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO RETIREMENT PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Second Amendment") is made and entered into this »by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter li ad launity coloranga consCian), nd SESSIE ADVISORY GROUP, 1LC, a California
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into that certain Retirement Plan Consulting Services Agreement dated December 15, 2020 ("Agreement"), for 457(b) and 401(a) Deferred Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into that certain First Amendment to Retirement Plan Consulting Services Agreement dated April 3, 2023 ("First Amendment"), to amend the Scope of Work; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is set to expire on December 15, 2023; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 2 of the Agreement states that the Parties shall have the option to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional two-year term; and WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to extend the term of the Agreement for the additional two-year term, beginning December 15, 2023, and ending on December 14, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the recitals set out above, the Parties hereto mutually agree to the following amendment to the Agreement.
Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the Agreement, the Parties hereby exercise their option to extend the term of the Agreement for the additional two-year term, beginning December 15, 2023, and ending December 14, 2025.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement between the parties, which are not inconsistent with the terms of this Second Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
