Chair Perry convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
DISPOSITION OF TWO HUGHES/MCDONNEL DOUGLAS 500E HELICOPTERS Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Perry and seconded by Vice Chair Conder to recommend to the City Council that the two Hughes/McDonnell Douglas 500E helicopters be sold and funds be allocated to the General Fund or Measure Z. The motion carried unanimously.
2024 WORKPLANS
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Plascencia and seconded by Vice Chair Conder to approve the proposed 2024 Workplans for the Commission of the Deaf, Community Police Review Commission, Museum of Riverside Board, and Park and Recreation Commission. The motion carried unanimously.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
The Legislative update was not held.
