That the City Council:1. Approve the submittal of a Supplemental JurisdictionApplication to California Department of Resources Recyclingand Recovery (CalRecycle) to join City of Corona beveragecontainer recycling pilot program and allow Recycle FromHome service area expansion; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute alldocuments necessary to implement the pilot programexpansion, including the Authorization Letter and other relateddocuments, and making minor and non-substantive changes.RECOMMENDATIONS
