RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking an experienced, responsible, capable and professional architectural/engineering/construction firm (“Consultant”) with proven experience completing "turn-key" construction projects which include producing comprehensive construction plans with all necessary and required engineering, and specifications to meet City permitting requirements as well as providing complete construction services.
