PRESENT: Chair Perry, Vice Chair Conder, and Member Plascencia ABSENT: None

Chair Perry convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
2024 WORKPLANS
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee approved the proposed 2024 Workplans for the Board of Library Trustees, Commission on Aging, and Commission on Disabilities.
SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION DIVISION, RIVERSIDE CONNECT, FARE INCREASE Following discussion, it was moved by Vice Chair Conder and seconded by Member Plascencia to support the proposed Special Transportation Division, Riverside Connect, fare increase. The motion carried unanimously.
SHOPPING CART RETRIEVAL PROGRAM
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the Shopping Cart Retrieval Program update and requested an update come back to Committee before it is forwarded to City Council.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
The Legislative update was not held.
ITEMS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION
There were no items requested at this time.
