Additionally the back pressure from the new irrigation pump caused a need for new values that had to be replaced several times. The concrete on the basketball court is also wet showing moss and possible mildew, As well as the concrete around the pool area raised as I have shown you. The area where the City of Riverses water meter was installed is still leaking like have called about several times. I hope you can find a solution to these problem with reimbursement to me for damages that has occurred, as the City of Riverside made these changes. Pull all Blue Prints as far back as the original building/home was build beginning in 1993 completion August 1994
