Thank you for your recent email. I look forward to the resolution for the damage claim, I have filed against the City of Riverside, including being overcharged for water, I never used.
Back pressure caused the unground flooding, that made the foundation of my home wet, dampness as the reports I provided done by my homeowners insurance, including the Basketball court showing moss and black mildew by force water when the city charged the irrigation pump on my property.
The City of Riverside never informed of they changed the pump or were working on my property., I don't need go to a hearing to resolve your issues. The City of Riverside caused the leak when they replaced the irrigation pump. I want to be reimbursed for overpayment to the City of Riverside Utilites from the time, you as the city of Riverside replaced irrigation pump until it is resolved. My neighbor's average water bill approximately $100.00 have Joseph Jassen go back through the bills from 2011 and have him access the refund I am entitled too.
It is up to your department to deal with The City of Riverside Utilites for payment to me. I have proved my claim I am asking you to follow through on your part. have a great rest of your day! Dianna Koster

The area where the City of Riverses water meter was installed is still leaking like have called about several times. I hope you can find a solution to these problem with reimbursement to me for damages that has occurred, as the City of Riverside made these changes.
