The hearing you requested via voicemail on December 21, 2023, for the dispute of the findings of the December 18, 2023, Board of Public Utilities Decision, has been scheduled for the City Council public meeting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Riverside City Hall, Art Pick City Council Chamber, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA, 92522.
At the hearing, staff will present the report and documentation in support of the investigation and findings for the billing dispute enclosed and available online at https://riversideca.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx as of Thursday, January 11, 2024. As the Appellant, you have a right to present information and statements.
The appeal procedure order of discussion is included in Resolution 23976, section X.A.3 Appeals/Quasi-Judicial Hearings (Attachment 2):
1) Staff presentation, information and reports, followed by questions from the Mayor and Councilmembers
2) Appellant presentation, comments and information, followed by questions from the Mayor and Councilmembers
3) Public comments
4) Closing statements by appellant
5) Closure of public testimony
6) Mayor and City Council discussion, including questions, discussion, motion, and action
