10 That the City Council
1. DETERMINE that the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15061(B)(3) (Common Sense) of the CEQA Guidelines, as the project will not have a significant effect on the environment; and
2. APPROVE Planning Case PR-2021-001180 (Street Vacation and Street Name Change) based on the findings outlined in the staff report and subject to the recommended conditions.
3. ADOPT the attached Resolution vacating the subject right-of-way pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and
4. ADOPT the attached Resolution changing the street name from “Spencer Court” to “Aryana View Court.”
