There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
DENIAL OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE PERMIT APPLICATION - APPEAL BY MARQUISEAN DUNKINS Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Perry and seconded by Vice Chair Conder to continue the item to next Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee meeting, March 20, 2024, and request appellant submit expungement records to the City Clerk's Office within the next two weeks. Motion carried with Chair Perry and Vice Chair Conder voting yes and Member Plascencia absent.

Chekesha Gilliam provided the legislative update.
