Network Refresh Project RFP No. 1926
This First Amendment to City of Riverside Professional Consultant Services Agreement
RECITALS
WHEREAS on or about December 17, 2019, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Consultant Services Agreement for the Network Refresh Project RFP No. 1926; and
WHEREAS the term of the Agreement is currently set to expire on December 30, 2021; WHEREAS the City and Consultant now desire to extend the term of the Agreement by one (1) year and six (6) months,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Consultant agree as follows:
1. Section 1.3, entitled "Term" is hereby amended to extend the expiration date to June 30, 2022.
2. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not inconsistent with this First Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
