SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY OF RIVERSIDE
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
VECTOR RESOURCES, INC. dba VECTORUSA
Network Refresh Project RFP No. 1926
This Second Amendment to City of Riverside Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("Second Amendment"), is made and entered into this 22 day of April 2022 ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and VECTOR RESOURCES, INC., a California corporation doing business as VECTORUSA ("Consultant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS on or about December 17, 2019, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("Agreement") for the Network Refresh Project RFP No. 1926; and
WHEREAS on or about October 12, 2021, the City and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to City of Riverside Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("First Amendment"); and
WHEREAS the term of the Agreement is currently set to expire on June 30, 2022; and WHEREAS the City and Consultant now desire to extend the term of the Agreement by one (1) year, to June 30, 2023,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Consultant agree as follows:
Section 1.3, entitled "Term" is hereby amended to extend the expiration date to June 30, 2023.
2. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not inconsistent with this Second Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
