THIRD AMENDMENT TO CITY OF RIVERSIDE
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
VECTOR RESOURCES, INC., dba VECTORUSA

This THIRD AMENDMENT TO CITY OF RIVERISDE PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Third Amendment"), is made and entered into this 28th day of July. 2023 ("Effective Date"),by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and VECTOR RESOURCES, INC., a California corporation, doing business as VECTORUSA ("Consultant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on December 17, 2019, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("Agreement") for the Network Refresh Project RFP No. 1926; and
WHEREAS, on October 12, 2021, the City and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to City of Riverside Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("First Amendment"); and WHEREAS, on April 22, 2022, the City and Consultant entered into a Second Amendment to City of Riverside Professional Consultant Services Agreement ("Second Amendment"); and WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement is currently set to expire on June 30, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City and Consultant now desire to extend the term of the Agreement by six (6) months, to December 31, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Consultant agree as follows:
Section 1.3, entitled "Term" is hereby amended to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2023.
All terms and conditions of the Agreement not inconsistent with this Third Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full.
