Chair Fierro convened the meeting at 3:00 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
Joshua Naggar spoke regarding the cannabis application and appeal process during the following item.
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM POLICY REFORM Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) provided input for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program policy reform; and (2) directed staff to incorporate discussion decisions, as well as discuss determinations for policy and legislative revisions.
