2 RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”), through its Department of Public Utilities (“RPU”), is pleased to announce this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the replacement of the existing Hunter Substation. RPU is requesting proposals from qualified and properly licen sed Design-Build Entities (“Proposers”). The acquired services shall include, but not limited to, design, procurement, construction, and commission services for the Hunter Substation Replacement project (“Project”).

COMMENTS:
