1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO 2021 CALIFORNIANSFORALL YOUTH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT FOR FY 2022/2023 FEEDING AMERICA RIVERSIDE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIESFeeding America ProjectTHIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CALIFORNIANSFORALL YOUTH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into this __________ day of ____________________, 2024, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation (“City”), and FEEDING AMERICA RIVERSIDE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES, a California non-profit corporation (“Subrecipient”), with respect to the following: RECITALSWHEREAS, the City and Subrecipient entered into that certain 2021 CaliforniansForAll Youth Workforce Development Program Subrecipient Agreement for FY 2022/2023 dated August 8, 2022 (“Agreement); and WHEREAS, the Agreement is set to expire on May 1, 2024; andWHEREAS, the City and Subrecipient have agreed to extend the term of the Agreement to September 30, 2024, and increase the grant in the amount of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents ($134,140.74), for the extended term of the Agreement; and NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the recitals set out above, the parties hereto mutually agree to the following amendment to the Agreement: 1. Section 5, Term, is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement toSeptember 30, 2024. 2. Section 6, Subgrant, is hereby amended to increase the grant in the amount of OneHundred Thirty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents ($134,140.74), for the extended term of the Agreement, and to amend Exhibit “C,” Budget, by adding the updated Budget set forth in attached Exhibit “C-1,” for the additional funds. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement between the parties, which arenot inconsistent with the terms of this First Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
