Chair Hemenway convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE
Rich Gardner spoke regarding the Planning Commission regarding the Sears Building project. Tom Evans spoke regarding the Capital Improvement Project and the new Communications Department proposal for a Deputy Director.
WORKSHOP
PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2024-2026 BIENNIAL BUDGET
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed and provided feedback on the development of the Fiscal Year 2024-2026 Biennial Budget.
