Dear SecretaryBose:

On March 16,2009, SCE filed a settlementdocumentsin the above-referencedocket The SettlementAgreementincluded,as AttachmentA, a revised InterconnectionFacilities Agreement (IFA) betweenThe City of Riverside and SouthernCalifornia Edison Company.

SCE was informedby the SettlementJudge, Carmen Cintron, that there was a mistake to Section 9.4 of the revised IFA. Section 9.4 erroneouslyreferredto the Riverside Wildlife Substation. However, the reference should be to the RiversideWilderness Substation (as the Wildlife Substationwill be owned and operatedby SCE). Therefore, SCE is filing a clean and redlined copy of this revised sheet 13.

SCE has discussed the revision with the City of Riversideand they agree that Section 9.4 should properlyreferencethe Riverside Wilderness Substation. CommissionTrial Staff filed comments on April 2, 2009, in support of the settlementbetweenthe City of Riverside and SCE.

Commission Trial Staffhas also agreedthat the revision to Section 9.4 is proper.

SCE respectfullyrequests, pursuant to Section 35.11, waiver of the 60 day prior notice requirementsspecifiedin Section 35.3 and requests that the Commission assign an effective date of September6, 2008, or whatever date the Commissionfinds that the Amended interconnection FacilitiesAgreementto be effective, whichever is later.

If you have any questions, please call me at the number below.

Your courtesy in this matter is appreciated.
