BID DESCRIPTION: The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director.
The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: Lake Dredging; Preparation of, submittal of, and compliance with the SWPPP per the terms of the General Construction Activity Storm Water Permit; preparation of, submittal of, and compliance with a stockpile, dewatering basin grading, and erosion control plan.
