RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide assessment engineering and special tax consulting services for various districts within the City.
Calculating, levying and reporting for the various districts must be performed annually. Qualified participants must have, at a minimum, experience with the following: Streetlight and Landscape Maintenance Districts, Assessment Districts, Community Facilities Districts, 1915 Impro vement Act, 1982 Mello- Roos Act. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services.
