I am eligible for enrollment in the Incentive Option 1 of the DSGS Program and desire to enroll directly with the California Energy Commission (CEC). I acknowledge I am to enroll directly with the CEC and not through other DSGS providers or aggregators.
I have read the DSGS Program Guidelines and agree to follow the requirements of the Program, including but not limited to reporting requirements. Attached to this Customer Acknowledgement are true and accurate copies of my Participant Application Form and the accompanying spreadsheet of load reduction resources which will be submitted to the CEC.
I acknowledge that upon my enrollment with the CEC, I am responsible for requesting from RPU the required interval meter data or other documentation evidencing load reduction activities , if interval meter data is not available . I am responsible for submitting this data directly to the CEC during the course of the CEC DSGS Program in order to process my claim incentives. If needed, RPU will work with the CEC’s program administrator to provide supporting data or information needed to administer the program s ubject to a Data Sharing Agreement. I hereby acknowledge and agree that my customer information and usage data may be shared with the CEC or its third - party program administrator for the duration of my enrollment in the DSGS Program.
I acknowledge that in the event I am called upon by the CEC to respond to an event notification that I will report to RPU the response given to the CEC regarding my standby commitment and/or dispatch amount. This report will be provided via email to RPU’s representative at:

I acknowledge that I may also be eligible to enroll in RPU’s Power Partners Program simultaneously with the DSGS Program. However, any electric load I shed as part of my enrollment in the DSGS Program will not be simultaneously eligible to participate under the Power Partners Program. Any shed electric load for the specified time period can only be counted for one program at a time.

The City of Riverside, Public Utilities Department (RPU) has reviewed the customer acknowledgements above and other information provided with this form and determined that RPU does not object to the above customer’s enrollment with the CEC DSGS Program, Incentive Option
1. This consent is conditioned on the customer ’s enrollment only in Incentive Option 1 through direct enrollment with the CEC and, if applicable, upon the execution of a Data Sharing Agreement between the CEC or its third -party program administrator and RPU. RPU understands it can be reimbursed for its costs associated with the DSGS Program in accordance with the program guidelines.
