The Riverside Arts Academy advocates for music education in the community by providing free or low-cost instruction and instruments; seeks to foster a diverse music community that is rich with cultural and social opportunities; and is investing in the professional development of existing and future music students in Riverside.
DISCUSSION:
With the passage of the FY 2023-24 State budget, the California Arts Council contacted the City Manager’s Office with a request to act as the local funding administrator an Arts Council budget allocation for the Riverside Arts Academy.
