RFP DESCRIPTION: The City seeks a qualified Traffic / Transportation engineering consultant to provide services for the development of fifty (50) individualized pedestrian and bicycle safety circulation action plans and customized safe routes to schools (SRTS) reports for eac h public K-8 school to encourage active transportation, promote multi-modal transportation connectivity, evaluate traffic collision history, conduct public outreach and community engagement, and recommend infrastructure and programmatic improvements.
