City of Arts & Innovation HISTORIC DESIGNATION - CORR RESIDENCE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a Public Hearing regarding the following item:

LOCATION: 5310 Candlewick Court, on
the southeast side of
Candlewick Court cul-de-sac,
in Ward 3.
PROPOSAL: The Cultural Heritage Board recommends
that the City Council consider approval of a Historic RAWLINGS PL Designation request to designate the Dr. & Mrs.
Donald Corr Residence as a Structure of Merit.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Cultural
Heritage Board recommends that the City Council
determine that this proposal is exempt from the CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant
to Sections 15061 (b) (3) (Common Sense Rule) and Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall 15308 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522 of the Environment), as this proposal will not have a View live webcast at significant effect on the environment, preserve the www.RiversideCA.gov/Meeting historic character of a cultural resource, and provide
