NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Riverside (the "City") will hold a public hearing at 3:00 p.m. on July 16, 2024, at which time it will consider public testimony concerning the execution and delivery of a Lease Schedule No.
No. 1000150621 which amends a Master-Lease Purchase Agreement (as amended, the "Lease") between the City and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("'Chase") in an amount not-to-exceed $4,814,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition of certain vehicles and certain ancillary equipment for the benefit of Riverside Public Utilities.

Pursuant to the Lease, the City will grant a security interest in certain equipment owned or to be acquired by the City (the "Equipment") to Chase in consideration for Chase's assistance in financing such Equipment, and the City will lease the Equipment from Chase and pay certain rental payments in connection therewith.
Neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the City, the State of California or any political subdivision thereof will be pledged for the payment of the rental payments to be paid pursuant to the Lease.
All persons interested in this matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place above specified to voice their opinions relating thereto. Persons unable to attend such hearing may forward their written statements relating to the matter to the City Clerk, City Hall, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522, or [email protected]. Comments via eComment feature at www.riversideca.gov/meeting may be submitted until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
