RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with ELS Architecturaland Urban Design Inc. from Los Angeles California for architecturaldesign services in the amount of $1,750,000 and a contingency often percent (10%) in the amount of $175,000 for a total not toexceed amount of $1,925,000 for the Cesar Chavez CommunityCenter Renovation project located at 2060 University Avenue; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the ProfessionalServices Agreement including making minor, and non-substantivechanges.
