Chair Perry convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE
There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
SHOPPING CART RETRIEVAL PROGRAM
Following discussion, it was moved by Member Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Conder to (1) continue the Shopping Cart Retrieval Program update to the Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee meeting in September and (2) request that the City Attorney's Office bring back theft related information concerning shopping carts for further discussion. The motion carried unanimously.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
Chekesha Gilliam provided the legislative update.
