7 Food Trucks on Private Property
Current code allows 2 trucks with property owner permission Recommendation to increase to 4 trucks under same conditions More than 4 could create private and public property traffic and pedestrian hazards and safety concerns
Most Cities are silent on private property and consider this a zoning issue

9 Clarification on “Metered Parking”
Staff recommends RMC 5.36.070 (E) be amended to
prohibit parking in metered stalls even when the metered time period is not in effect.
This change would preserve limited downtown street parking for patrons during all hours.
