RFP DESCRIPTION: The project consists of implementation of Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI) phasing at all traffic signalized intersections citywide, to design the installation of retro-reflective signal backplates at all traffic signal heads citywide, and to prepare the Plans, Specifications, a nd Estimates (PS&E) to construct a raised curb median along Mission Inn Avenue between Redwood Drive and Scout Lane along with high friction surface treatment on the horizontal curve portion.
