BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails pavement preservation improvements on various Minor and Arterial streets throughout the City of Riverside. The improvements will generally entail, but not limited to, the cold milling and reconstruction of deteriorated pavement, slurry sea l, crack fill, the adjustment of water gate valves, and utility manholes, and various traffic related improvements.
