Arlee Montalvo and I, representing Friends of Riverside's Hills (FRH), met with Jim, Bob, Mohamad and we consider that the project is in substantial compliance with the original tract map which FRH negotiated with the original owners given the removal of the 3 lots (9,10,11) and the other minor lot changes made in response to the removal of the Flood Control parcel from the project.

Good afternoon Candice, please find attached the following as they pertain to the substantial conformance application on TTM 31930:
Copy of the Application duly completed and executed in front of a notary public (the “Application”);
Authorization to execute the Application;
Narrative that supplements the Application and includes the discussion in regards to compliance with the Settlement Agreement; and
Marked-up Substantial Compliance Exhibit.
You will be receiving an overnight package for tomorrow's delivery that contains the originals for the first 2 items above.
You should already be in receipt of the Plat and legal description for the rezone map from LDDC.
Nevertheless, attached is a copy for your ease of reference.
Our office will be in contact with your office tomorrow morning to make arrangements to pay online the application fee of $2,453.
Lastly, copied on this email are Ms. Arlee Montalvo and Mr. Leanard Nunney of Friends of Riverside’s Hills with whom which we have just completed review of the changes reflected in the attached Substantial Conformance exhibit, and you should be receiving their concurrence following their receipt and review of this email.
