BID DESCRIPTION: The Project proposes to remove the existing vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer mains and install new polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes on Tower Road, Brentwood Avenue, Edgewood Place, Rosewood Place, Oakwood Place and Larchwood Place. The project also proposes t o install a CIPP liner to the existing vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer mains on Linwood Place.
