The Sewer Master Plan relies on flow measurements, ambient growth rates, and capacity models to recommend capital improvement projects to ensure the sewer system expands and upgrades sewer lines that align with these projections. This project will replace and upsize approximately 5,800 feet of sewer mains from 6-inch diameter to 8-inch diameter, replace 632 feet of 8-inch sewer mains, construct new manholes, replace the existing sewer service laterals, and install new sewer cleanouts at property lines along Tower Road, Brentwood Avenue, Edgewood Place, Rosewood Place, Oakwood Place, Linwood Place, and Larchwood Place in the Wood Streets neighborhood.
