SESSION BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE

SUBJECT: Closed Session – Conference with Labor Negotiators [Government Code §54957.6]
Agency designated representatives: City Council – Jim Perry, Mayor Pro Tem, Councilmembers Cervantes, Conder, Falcone, Hemenway, Mill, and Robillard.
Unrepresented Employee: City Attorney
A closed session will be held on September 17, 2024, for the purpose of reviewing the City Council’s position and instructing the designated representatives regarding the salaries, salary schedules, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of its unrepresented employee. The closed session may include discussion of the City’s available funds and funding priorities, but only insofar as these discussions relate to providing instructions to the City’s negotiators.
