1. ADOPTa Resolution approving the Tentative Cancellation of Williamson ActLand Conservation, Instrument No. 19065 (Assessor Parcel Number 266-090-021), for Map No. 52;2. AUTHORIZEthe City Manager to execute and record the Certificate ofTentative Cancellation of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract;3. AUTHORIZEthe City Manager to execute and record the Certificate of FinalCancellation of Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract upon notice ofsatisfaction of all conditions and contingencies required in the Certificate ofTentative Cancellation, and to execute any and all documents necessary toeffectuate the cancellation of the Williamson Act Conservation Contract;and4.
